The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Oh, the chargers that run panting, 1 Then those that produce fire striking, 2 as they gallop to make raids at dawn, 3 And raise the dust in clouds the while, 4 forcing their way into the midst of the enemy, 5 Most surely man is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 And most surely he is a witness of that. 7 And most surely he is tenacious in the love of wealth. 8 ۞ Does he not then know when what is in the graves is raised, 9 And the secrets of the hearts exposed, 10 Surely on that Day will their Lord be fully informed about them. 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
