We certainly bestowed Our favor upon Moses and Aaron 114 and We saved them with their nation from a great distress. 115 and We helped them, so that they were victorious; 116 And We gave them both the Book that made (things) clear. 117 And We guided them to the Straight Way. 118 And left (their remembrance) for posterity. 119 Peace be on Moses and Aaron. 120 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 121 they were among Our believing servants. 122 Elijah too was one of the messengers. 123 He asked his people: 'Do you not fear (Allah)? 124 Will ye cry unto Baal and forsake the Best of creators, 125 "Allah, your Lord and Cherisher and the Lord and Cherisher of your fathers of old?" 126 But they called him a liar, therefore they shall most surely be brought up. 127 except the sincere worshipers of Allah. 128 And We left for him [favorable mention] among later generations: 129 Peace be upon Ilyas! 130 In this way do We reward the righteous ones. 131 Surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 And Lut was most surely of the apostles. 133 When We saved him and his family, all, 134 Except his wife among those who remained [with the evildoers]. 135 Then We totally destroyed the others. 136 And most surely you pass by them in the morning, 137 And during the night; so do you not have sense? 138
