Neither did he believe it to be true, nor did he offer the prayer. 31 But on the contrary, he rejected Truth and turned away! 32 Then he departed unto his household conceitedly. 33 [And yet, O man, thine end comes hourly] nearer unto thee, and nearer 34 and ever nearer unto thee, and nearer! 35 Does man think that he is to be left to wander without an aim? 36 Was he not once a [mere] drop of sperm that had been spilt, 37 He then became a clot – so Allah created him, then made him proper. 38 and fashioned out of it the two sexes, the male and the female? 39 So will He, Who has done all this, not be able to revive the dead? 40
