Al-Dukhaan 3 of 3
The tree of al-Zaqqum 43 Will be the food of the Sinful,- 44 Like molten brass, it seetheth in their bellies 45 Like the boiling of scalding water. 46 Lay hold of him, and drag him unto the midst of the Flaming Fire. 47 then pour over his head the chastisement of boiling water!' 48 "Taste thou (this)! Truly wast thou mighty, full of honour! 49 This is the very thing which you [deniers of the truth] were wont to call in question!" 50 Verily the God-fearing will be in a place secure 51 among gardens and springs, 52 robed in silk and brocade, set face to face. 53 As such, We shall wed them to wide eyed houris (the virgins of Paradise). 54 There in security, they will call for every kind of fruit. 55 and neither shall they taste death there after having passed through their erstwhile death. Thus will He have preserved them from all suffering through the blazing fire 56 A grace from your Lord; this is the great achievement. 57 Certainly, We have made this (Quran) easy in your tongue, in order that they may remember. 58 So you wait. They are also waiting. 59

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
