Surely, God will not forgive the ascribing of partners to Him. He forgives whoever He will for anything other than that. Whoever ascribes partners to God has strayed far indeed. 116 They do not call besides Him on anything but idols, and they do not call on anything but a rebellious Shaitan. 117 whom God has rejected for having said, "Verily, of Thy servants I shall most certainly take my due share, 118 And surely I will lead them and will fill them with vain desires, and I will command them so that they will slit the ears of the cattle, and I will command them so that they will alter the creation of Allah. And whosoever taketh Satan for a patron, instead of Allah, shall surely suffer a manifest loss. 119 The devil promises them and arouses desires in them; and the devil does not give them promises except of deceit. 120 The refuge of those will be Hell, and they will not find from it an escape. 121 But those who believe and do good works We shall admit them to Gardens underneath which rivers flow, and there they shall live for ever, the promise of Allah is true. And who is truer in speech than Allah! 122 Paradise is not [obtained] by your wishful thinking nor by that of the People of the Scripture. Whoever does a wrong will be recompensed for it, and he will not find besides Allah a protector or a helper. 123 And whoever does righteous deeds, whether male or female, while being a believer - those will enter Paradise and will not be wronged, [even as much as] the speck on a date seed. 124 And who can be better in religion than he who submitteth his countenance unto Allah, and is sincere, and followeth the faith of Ibrahim, the upright. And Allah took Ibrahim for a friend. 125 And to Allah belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth. And Allah is Ever Encompassing all things. 126
