He who does good works while he is a believer, shall not see his efforts disregarded: We record them all. 94 And it is forbidden for any township which We have destroyed, that they may return. (Once the disbelievers face death, their return to earth is impossible.) 95 but when Gog and Magog are let loose and swarm down from every hillside and they spread out, [leaping across every barrier of land and sea], 96 when the true promise of God draws near, those who denied the truth will stare in amazement, crying, "Woe to us! We have been so heedless of this. Indeed, we were wrongdoers." 97 You and what you worship instead of God will be fuel for hell: to it you shall all come -- 98 If those [false objects of your worship] had truly been divine, they would not have been destined for it: but [as it is, you] all shall abide therein!" 99 There they shall groan with anguish and the din and noise in Hell will not let them hear anything. 100 But those for whom a good reward had been fore-ordained by Us, will be far removed from it, 101 They will not even hear the slightest sound from it while enjoying the best that they can wish for in their everlasting life. 102 They will not be grieved by the greatest terror, and the angels will meet them, [saying], "This is your Day which you have been promised" - 103 The day when We shall roll up the heavens as the recording angel rolls up the register of deeds; We shall make him similar to Our making him the first time; this is a promise upon Us; We certainly have to do it. 104 And We have already written in the book [of Psalms] after the [previous] mention that the land [of Paradise] is inherited by My righteous servants. 105 Most surely in this is a message to a people who serve 106 We sent thee not save as a mercy for the peoples. 107 Say: It is only inspired in me that your Allah is One Allah. Will ye then surrender (unto Him)? 108 Then if they turn away, proclaim, “I have proclaimed a war against you on equal terms; and what do I know whether the promise which is given to you, is close or far?” 109 Surely He knows what is spoken aloud and He knows what you hide. 110 But [as for me,] I do not know whether, perchance, this [delay in God's judgment] is but a trial for you, and a [merciful] respite for a while." 111 [The Prophet] has said, "My Lord, judge [between us] in truth. And our Lord is the Most Merciful, the one whose help is sought against that which you describe." 112
