And recall when Moosa said to his assistant, “I will not give up until I reach the place where the two seas meet or until I have progressed for ages.” 60 Then, when they reached their meeting, they forgot their fish, and it took its way into the sea, burrowing. 61 So when they had gone beyond that place, Moosa said to his assistant, “Bring our breakfast – we have indeed faced great exertion in this journey of ours.” 62 He said: lookest thou! when we betook ourselves to the rock, then I forgot the fish; and naught but the Satan made me forget to mention it, and it took its way into the sea - a marvel! 63 Musa said: that is that which we have been seeking. So they turned back upon their footsteps, retracing. 64 and there they found one of Our servants upon whom We had bestowed Our mercy, and to whom We had imparted a special knowledge from Ourselves. 65 Moses asked him, "Can I follow you so that you would teach me the guidance that you have received?" 66 (The other) said: "Verily thou wilt not be able to have patience with me!" 67 And how canst thou have patience over that which thy knowledge encompasseth not 68 Said Moosa, “Allah willing, you will soon find me patient and I will not do anything against your instructions.” 69 He said to Moses, "If you will follow me, do not ask me about anything until I tell you the story about it." 70
