Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
All that is in the heavens and the earth magnifies God; He is the All-mighty, the All-wise. 1 For Him only is the kingship of the heavens and the earth; He gives life and causes death; and He is Able to do all things. 2 He is the First and the Last, and the Outward and the Inward, and He is of everything the Knower. 3 He created the heavens and the earth in six days, and willed to the Throne. He knows what penetrates the earth and all that emerges from it; all that descends from heaven and all that ascends to it. He is with you wherever you are. Allah sees the things you do. 4 To Him belong the heavens and the earth and to Him all things return. 5 He causes the night to enter in upon the day, and causes the day to enter in upon the night, and He is Cognizant of what is in the hearts. 6 Believe in Allah and His Messenger and spend (in charity) of that which He has made you successors. Whosoever of you believes and spends shall have a mighty wage. 7 How is it with you, that you believe not in God seeing that the Messenger is calling you to believe in your Lord, and He has taken compact with you, if you are believers? 8 It is He who sends down clear verses to His worshiper, so that He brings you out of the darkness into the light. Indeed, Allah is the Gentle, the Most Merciful to you. 9 Why should you not spend for the cause of God, when God alone holds the heritage of the heavens and the earth? Those of you who spent and fought before the victory will be higher in rank than those who spent and fought afterwards. Yet God has promised you all a good reward. He is aware of all that you do. 10

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
