To the People of Pharaoh, too, aforetime, came Warners (from Allah). 41 They, too, rejected all Our signs. So We seized them with the seizure of One Mighty, Omnipotent. 42 Are your infidels better than these? Or is there an immunity for you in the Writs? 43 Or do they say, "We are an assembly supporting [each other]"? 44 Soon shall this legion be routed and shall turn their backs and flee. 45 Nay, but the Hour is their appointed time (for their full recompense), and the Hour will be more grievous and more bitter. 46 The evil-doers are indeed sunk in error and folly -- 47 The Day they are dragged into the Fire on their faces [it will be said], "Taste the touch of Saqar." 48 Indeed, all things We created with predestination. 49 and Our ordaining [a thing and its coming into being] is but one [act,] like the twinkling of an eye. 50 And We destroyed those like you, is there any that will remember! 51 Every thing that they have done is in the Scrolls, 52 And everything small and great is written down. 53 Lo! the righteous will dwell among gardens and rivers, 54 In a seat of honor near a Sovereign, Perfect in Ability. 55
God the Almighty always says the truth.
End of Surah: The Moon (Al-Qamar). Sent down in Mecca after The Comet (Al-Taareq) before S (Saad)
