Al-Insan 2 of 2
Verily We! it is We Who have revealed unto thee the Qur'an, a gradual revelation. 23 Therefore be patient with constancy to the Command of thy Lord, and hearken not to the sinner or the ingrate among them. 24 And remember the name of your Lord morning and evening. 25 Prostrate before Him and glorify Him extensively during the night. 26 Indeed, these [disbelievers] love the immediate and leave behind them a grave Day. 27 It is We Who created them, and We have made their joints strong; but, when We will, We can substitute the like of them by a complete change. 28 Surely this is a reminder, so whoever pleases takes to his Lord a way. 29 But your willing shall be of no avail until Allah Himself so wills. Surely Allah is All-Knowing, Most Wise. 30 He is Merciful to whom He will; but, for the harmdoers He has prepared for them a painful punishment. 31
