Noah said: “My Lord, they did not pay heed to what I said, and followed those (nobles) whose possession of wealth and children has led them to an even greater loss. 21 And they have planned a very great plan. 22 And they have said: Forsake not your gods. Forsake not Wadd, nor Suwa', nor Yaghuth and Ya'uq and Nasr. 23 They have led many astray; so lead the wrongdoers to further error." 24 And because of their transgressions they were drowned, and admitted into a Fire, for they found not, apart from God, any to help them. 25 Noah prayed, "O my Lord! Do not leave on earth a single one of those who deny the truth -- 26 "For, if Thou dost leave (any of) them, they will but mislead Thy devotees, and they will breed none but wicked ungrateful ones. 27 “O my Lord! Forgive me, and my parents, and the believers who are in my house, and all other Muslim men and Muslim women; and do not increase anything for the unjust except ruin.” 28
