We also favored Moses and Aaron 114 and We delivered both of them and their people from the great calamity. 115 And helped them, so that they became the victors; 116 We granted them a Clear Book, 117 guided them to the right path, 118 and We left them thus to be succeeded by a group [of followers] among later generations: 119 Peace be upon Moosa and Haroon! 120 Verily, thus do We reward the Muhsinun (good-doers - see V. 2:112). 121 Verily! They were two of Our believing slaves. 122 And Ilyas was most surely of the apostles. 123 when he spoke [thus] to his people: "Will you not remain conscious of God? 124 Will ye cry unto Baal and forsake the Best of creators, 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients' 126 But they rejected him, and they will certainly be called up (for punishment),- 127 Except the chosen bondmen of Allah. 128 We perpetuated his praise in the later generations. 129 "Peace be upon Elijah and his followers!" 130 Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 131 Verily, he was one of Our believing slaves. 132 And indeed Lut is one of the Noble Messengers. 133 We rescued him and his whole family, 134 Save an old woman among those who stayed behind; 135 Then We totally destroyed the others. 136 And surely ye pass by them in the morning. 137 And during the night; so do you not have sense? 138

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
