The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By the snorting, panting horses, 1 Then those striking sparks of fire, 2 then raid by the dawn, 3 And raise the dust in clouds the while, 4 Cleaving, as one, the centre (of the foe), 5 Surely Man is ungrateful to his Lord, 6 And is himself witness to it, 7 And most surely he is tenacious in the love of wealth. 8 ۞ So does he not know? When those in the graves are raised, 9 And that within the breasts is obtained, 10 their Lord will examine his deeds? 11

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
