We settled the Children of Israel in a beautiful dwelling-place, and provided for them sustenance of the best: it was after knowledge had been granted to them, that they fell into schisms. Verily Allah will judge between them as to the schisms amongst them, on the Day of Judgment. 93 So if you are in doubt, [O Muhammad], about that which We have revealed to you, then ask those who have been reading the Scripture before you. The truth has certainly come to you from your Lord, so never be among the doubters. 94 nor be of those who cry lies to God's signs so as to be of the losers. 95 Verily those against whom the word of your Lord is pronounced will never believe, 96 even though every sign [of the truth] should come within their ken - until they behold the grievous suffering [that awaits them in the life to come]. 97 And wherefore was there not a town which should believe so that their belief should have profited them but the people of Yunus? When they believed, We removed from them the chastisement of disgrace in this world's life and We gave them provision till a time. 98 And had your Lord willed, those on earth would have believed, all of them together. So, will you (O Muhammad SAW) then compel mankind, until they become believers. 99 No soul can believe, except by the will of Allah, and He will place doubt (or obscurity) on those who will not understand. 100 Proclaim, “Observe what is in the heavens and the earth”; and the signs and the Noble Messengers do not benefit the people who are not destined to believe. 101 Wait they then aught but the days of those who have passed away before them. Say thou: wait then, verily I am with you among those who wait. 102 [For thus it always happens: We seal the doom of all who deny the truth and give the lie to Our messages;] and thereupon We save Our apostles and those who have attained to faith. Thus have We willed it upon Ourselves: We save all who believe [in Us,] 103
