The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
By the Glorious Morning Light, 1 and the brooding night! 2 your Lord has not forsaken you, nor is He displeased with you, 3 And the Hereafter is indeed better unto thee than the life present. 4 And soon will your Lord give you so that you shall be well pleased. 5 Did He not find thee an orphan and protect (thee)? 6 Did He not find you wandering about and give you guidance? 7 And did He not find you in want, and then enriched you? 8 Therefore, as for the orphan, do not oppress (him). 9 And do not drive the beggar away, 10 But the bounty of the Lord - rehearse and proclaim! 11
Almighty Allah's Truth.
End of Surah: The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa). Sent down in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
