The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

By the snorting courses, 1 and produce sparks 2 by the dawn-raiders 3 and leave behind a cloud of dust 4 which engulfs the enemy. 5 Verily man is unto his Lord ungrateful. 6 and he himself is a witness to that, 7 And indeed he loves wealth to the extreme. 8 ۞ Does he not know when the contents of the graves are laid bare 9 And that which is in the breasts (of men) shall be made known. 10 Surely their Lord will be aware of their (deeds). 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
