Al-Rahman 2 of 3
All that lives on earth or in the heavens is bound to pass away: 26 But abiding is the glory of your Lord, full of majesty and beneficence. 27 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 28 On Him depends all creatures in the heavens and on earth; [and] every day He manifests Himself in yet another [wondrous] way. 29 Which of your Lord's laudable attributes will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 30 [ONE DAY] We shall take you to task, O you sin-laden two! 31 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 32 Jinn and mankind, if you can penetrate the diameters of the heavens and the earth, do so, but you cannot do so without power and authority. 33 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 34 There will be sent upon you a flame of fire and smoke, and you will not defend yourselves. 35 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 36 And when the sky is rent asunder and becomes red like [burning] oil 37 which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 38 So on that day neither man nor jinni shall be asked about his sin. 39 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 40 The sinners shall be known by their mark, they shall be seized by their forelocks and their feet. 41 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 42 This is Hell the sinners called a lie. 43 Going round between it and boiling water fierce. 44 Which of your Lord's powers will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 45

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
