The Cheaters (Al-Mutaffifeen)
36 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Spider (Al-Ankaboot) before The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
Woe to the diminishers, 1 who demand of other people full measure for themselves, 2 But when they have to give by measure or weight to men, give less than due. 3 Imagine such men not that they shall be raised up? 4 On a Mighty Day, 5 The day when (all) mankind stand before the Lord of the Worlds? 6 No indeed, the Book of the immoral is in Sijjeen. 7 Ah! what will convey unto thee what Sijjin is! - 8 It is a comprehensively written Book (of records). 9 Woe on that Day to those who belied it, 10 Those who deny the Day of Justice. 11 And none will deny it, except every transgressor, rebel. 12 [and so,] whenever Our messages are conveyed to them, they but say: "Fables of ancient times!" 13 They will never have faith. In fact, their hearts are stained from their deeds. 14 No indeed; but upon that day they shall be veiled from their Lord, 15 They will suffer the heat of fire 16 Further, it will be said to them: "This is the (reality) which ye rejected as false! 17 Surely the ledger of the pious will be in 'Illiyun (heights above the heights). 18 And what can make you know what is 'illiyyun? 19 A book inscribed, 20 Which is witnessed by the close ones. 21 Verily the pious will be in heaven, 22 On thrones, looking (at all things). 23 You can trace on their faces the joy of their bliss. 24 They will be given to drink pure sealed wine. 25 Its seal is upon musk; and for this should those who crave be eager. 26 and whose mixture is Tasnim, 27 A spring from which those near [to Allah] drink. 28 Surely they who are guilty used to laugh at those who believe. 29 And winked at one another as they passed by them; 30 And when they returned to their own people, they would return jesting; 31 and when they saw them said: 'These are they who are astray' 32 Whereas they were not sent over them as watchers. 33 Wherefore Today, those who believed at the infidels are laughing, 34 Reclining on couches, looking on. 35 Have the unbelievers been rewarded what they were doing? 36

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
