Hizb 46

Verily Jonah is one of the apostles. 139 When he ran to the laden ship, 140 and sailed away in a laden ship, wherein people cast lots. Because he lost, he was thrown into the water. 141 Then he was swallowed by a large fish as he was worthy of blame. 142 Had it not been that he (repented and) glorified Allah, 143 He would have tarried in the belly thereof till the Day when they are raised. 144 ۞ So We cast him, sick, on a barren shore, 145 We made a plant of gourd grow up for him. 146 We sent him as a messenger to a hundred thousand people or more, 147 and they believed, and We gave them enjoyment for awhile. 148 Now ask them whether your Lord has daughters, whereas they have sons. 149 Or did We create the angels as females while they were witnesses?" 150 Unquestionably, it is out of their [invented] falsehood that they say, 151 " Allah has begotten," and indeed, they are liars. 152 Has He (then) chosen daughters rather than sons? 153 What ails you that you judge in such a wise? 154 Will you then not take heed? 155 Or, is there for you a clear warranty 156 Then produce your scriptures, if you are telling the truth. 157 And they assert a relationship between Him and the jinn; and certainly the jinn do know that they shall surely be brought up; 158 God is too glorious for what they ascribe to Him 159 Except the bondmen of Allah sincere. 160 For, verily, neither ye nor those ye worship- 161 Can mislead anyone away from Him, 162 except those who will burn in Hell. 163 There is not one of us but hath his known position. 164 we are the rangers, 165 we are they that give glory. 166 AND, INDEED, they [who deny the truth] have always been wont to say, 167 "Had we received guidance from the people living before us, 168 we would surely have been God's chosen servants," 169 Yet they disbelieve therein. Presently they shall come to know. 170 And surely Our word has gone forth respecting Our servants, the messengers: 171 That they verily would be made triumphant. 172 And most surely Our host alone shall be the victorious ones. 173 So turn (away) from them for a while. 174 And see [what will befall] them, for they are going to see. 175 What! would they then hasten on Our chastisement? 176 So when it does descend in their courtyards so what an evil morning it will be for those who were warned! 177 So turn away from them for a time 178 And watch, for they will (soon) see. 179 Exaltations be to your Lord, the Lord of Might, above that they describe! 180 and peace be upon the Messengers, 181 and praise be to God, the Lord of all the Worlds. 182
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
