Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
Are ye the harder to create, or is the heaven that He built? 27 He raised it high and leveled it, 28 and covered its night with darkness and brought forth from it its day; 29 And the earth! thereafter He stretched it out. 30 And from it produced its water and its pasture. 31 and the mountains He set firm, 32 A provision for you and your cattle. 33 AND SO, when the great overwhelming event [of resurrection] comes to pass 34 upon the day when man shall remember what he has striven, 35 And Hellfire will be exposed for [all] those who see - 36 Then, as for him who rebelled 37 And had preferred the life of this world, 38 Lo! hell will be his home. 39 But as for him who feared standing before his Lord, and restrained himself from impure evil desires, and lusts. 40 Then indeed Paradise only is his destination. 41 They question thee of the Hour: when will its arrival be? 42 But how are you to know? 43 This matter is in the hands of your Lord. 44 Thou art but [sent] to warn those who stand in awe of it. 45 It shall be as if; on the day they see it, they have but tarried for an evening, or its forenoon. 46

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
