۞ O mankind! it is you who stand in need of Allah, but Allah is Rich (Free of all wants and needs), Worthy of all praise. 15 If He so pleased, He could blot you out and bring in a New Creation. 16 And that is not hard for Allah. 17 And no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another. And if a heavily laden soul calls [another] to [carry some of] its load, nothing of it will be carried, even if he should be a close relative. You can only warn those who fear their Lord unseen and have established prayer. And whoever purifies himself only purifies himself for [the benefit of] his soul. And to Allah is the [final] destination. 18 The blind man is not equal with the seer; 19 nor are the depths of darkness and the light; 20 And neither are the shadow and the hot sunshine! 21 Nor are alike those that are living and those that are dead. Allah can make any that He wills to hear; but thou canst not make those to hear who are (buried) in graves. 22 You are but a warner, 23 We have sent you with the truth as a bearer of good news and a warner, there is no community to which a warner has not come. 24 And if they deny thee, those before them also denied. Their messengers came unto them with clear proofs (of Allah's Sovereignty), and with the Psalms and the Scripture giving light. 25 [but] in the end I took to task all those who were bent on denying the truth: and how awesome was My rejection! 26
