And indeed We have created man and We know what his soul instils in him; and We are nearer to him than the hearts artery. 16 When the two receivers receive, sitting on the right and on the left. 17 Not a word does he utter but there is a sentinel by him, ready (to note it). 18 And the hardship of death came with the truth; “This is what you were escaping from!” 19 And the Trumpet will be blown, that will be the Day whereof warning (had been given) (i.e. the Day of Resurrection). 20 Each soul shall come with a driver, and a witness. 21 “You were indeed neglectful of this, so We have removed the veil for you, and your eyesight is sharp this day.” 22 His companion said: “Here is he who was in my charge.” 23 [Allah will say], "Throw into Hell every obstinate disbeliever, 24 Preventer of good, aggressor, and doubter, 25 "Who set up another ilah (god) with Allah, then (both of you) cast him in the severe torment." 26 ۞ His companion (Satan devil)] will say: "Our Lord! I did not push him to transgress, (in disbelief, oppression, and evil deeds) but he was himself in error far astray." 27 [Allah] will say, "Do not dispute before Me, while I had already presented to you the warning. 28 "The Word changes not before Me, and I do not the least injustice to My Servants." 29
