We shall help Our Messengers and the believers, in this life and on the day when witness will come forward. 51 the Day when their excuses will be of no avail to the evildoers, seeing that their lot will be rejection from all that is good, and a woeful hereafter. 52 We also gave Moses the guidance, and We bequeathed upon the Children of Israel the Book 53 As guidance and a reminder for those of understanding. 54 So be patient (O Muhammad SAW). Verily, the Promise of Allah is true, and ask forgiveness for your fault, and glorify the praises of your Lord in the Ashi (i.e. the time period after the midnoon till sunset) and in the Ibkar (i.e. the time period from early morning or sunrise till before midnoon) [it is said that, that means the five compulsory congregational Salat (prayers) or the 'Asr and Fajr prayers]. 55 Those who dispute concerning the signs of Allah without any proof having come to them – in their hearts is nothing but a craving for greatness which they shall never achieve; therefore seek the refuge of Allah; indeed He only is the All Hearing, the All Seeing. 56 The creation of the heavens and earth is greater than the creation of mankind, but most of the people do not know. 57 And the blind man and the seer are not equal, neither are those who believe and do good works (equal with) the evil-doer. Little do ye reflect! 58 The Hour will certainly come; there is no mystery about it; but most men do not believe. 59 But your Sustainer says: "Call unto Me, [and] I shall respond to you! Verily, they who are too proud to worship Me will enter hell, abased!" 60
