Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

۞ Have We not caused thy bosom to dilate, 1 And We have taken off from thee thy burthen, 2 Which pressed heavily upon your back, 3 And raised high the esteem (in which) thou (art held)? 4 After every difficulty there is relief. 5 Most certainly, there is ease with hardship. 6 Then when thou becometh relieved, toil; 7 And to your Lord direct [your] longing. 8

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
