Al-Qamar 3 of 3
The Pharaoh and his people had also received Our warning, 41 They rejected each one of Our signs. So We seized them with the grip of one mighty and powerful. 42 Are your disbelievers better than those, or have ye some immunity in the scriptures? 43 Or they say, “We shall all take revenge as a group.” 44 (Let them know that) this united group will soon run away in defeat. 45 Nay, but the Hour is their tryst, and the Hour is very calamitous and bitter. 46 The sinful ones will face the destructive torment of hell 47 The day when they are dragged on their faces into the Fire: 'Taste now the touch of Sakar!' 48 We have created everything in due measure; 49 And Our commandment is but one (commandment), as the twinkling of an eye. 50 And (oft) in the past, have We destroyed gangs like unto you: then is there any that will receive admonition? 51 Whatever they have done has been recorded in the Books (records of the deeds). 52 And every small and great thing is recorded. 53 Surely those who fear God and follow the straight path will be amidst gardens and light, 54 Seated in an assembly of the Truth, in the presence of Allah, the Omnipotent King. 55

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
