۞ Then I swear by the setting of the stars, 75 and, behold, this is indeed a most solemn affirmation, if you but knew it! 76 This is indeed the noble Qur’an. 77 In a Book well-guarded (with Allah in the heaven i.e. Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz). 78 which none shall touch except the purified; 79 a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 80 Is it this discourse that ye hold lightly? 81 And make [the thanks for] your provision that you deny [the Provider]? 82 Why, then, when [the last breath] comes up to the throat [of a dying man,] 83 the while you are [helplessly] looking on 84 And Our angels are nearer to him than you, but you do not see - 85 Then why is it not-- if you are not held under authority-- 86 Cause ye it not to return, if ye say sooth? 87 Then, if he (the dying person) be of the Muqarrabun (those brought near to Allah), 88 Then is relief, and flowers – and Gardens of peace. 89 If he is of those of the right hand, 90 (he will be greeted with): 'Peace be upon you, Companion of the Right' 91 But if he be of them that cried lies, and went astray, 92 For him is Entertainment with Boiling Water. 93 And burning in hell. 94 Indeed, this is the certain truth. 95 So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great. 96
