The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ GLORIFY THE NAME of your Lord, most high, 1 Who has created (everything), and then proportioned it; 2 and who determines the nature [of all that exists,] and thereupon guides it [towards its fulfilment,] 3 Who brought forth the pasture, 4 Then turneth it to russet stubble. 5 We shall teach you (the Quran) and you will not forget it 6 Except what Allah wills; indeed He knows all the evident and all the concealed. 7 And We will make it easy for thee (to follow) the simple (Path). 8 Remind, if the reminder can be of benefit. 9 Those who have fear of God will benefit 10 And the wretched shunneth it. 11 He who will be flung to the great Fire 12 Wherein he will neither die (to be in rest) nor live (a good living). 13 He who purifies himself, 14 remember the name of the Lord, and pray to Him. 15 No; but you prefer the present life, 16 and the world to come is better, and more enduring. 17 And this is in the Books of the earliest (Revelation),- 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
