The physical growth of those whom We grant a long life will be reversed. Will you then not understand? 68 AND [thus it is:] We have not imparted to this [Prophet the gift of] poetry, nor would [poetry] have suited this [message]: it is but a reminder and a [divine] discourse, clear in itself and clearly showing the truth, 69 To warn whoever is alive and justify the word against the disbelievers. 70 See they not that it is We Who have created for them - among the things which Our hands have fashioned - cattle, which are under their dominion?- 71 We have subjected these to them, so that some may be used for riding and some for food, 72 And they have (other) benefits from them (besides), and they get (milk) to drink, will they not then be grateful? 73 And take other gods apart from God that they may perhaps give them help. 74 Those deities can render them no help. Yet these devotees act as though they were an army in waiting for them. 75 Therefore let not their speech grieve you; surely We know what they do in secret and what they do openly. 76 Doth not man see that it is We Who created him from sperm? yet behold! he (stands forth) as an open adversary! 77 He strikes for Us a similitude and forgot his own creation. He says: “Who will quicken the bones when they have decayed?” 78 (Muhammad), tell him, "He who gave them life in the first place will bring them back to life again. He has the best knowledge of all creatures. 79 Who giveth you out of the green tree fire, and lo! ye kindle therewith. 80 Is the One who has created the heavens and the earth not able to create another creature like the human being? He certainly has the power to do so. He is the Supreme Creator and is All-knowing. 81 His command is only when He intends a thing that He says to it, "Be," and it is. 82 So glory be to Him who has control over all things. It is to Him that you will all be brought back. 83
