We certainly bestowed Our favor upon Moses and Aaron 114 and saved them and their people from great distress. 115 We succoured them, and they gained the upper hand (against their enemies). 116 We gave them the explicit Book, 117 And We guided them to the Straight Way. 118 And We left (this blessing) for them among generations (to come) in later times: 119 "Peace and salutation to Moses and Aaron!" 120 Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 121 Verily the twain were of Our bondmen believing. 122 And verily, llyas was one of the sent ones. 123 He said to his people, "Have you no fear [of God?] 124 Do you call on Baal, and abandon the Best of creators? 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients?' 126 But they cried him lies; so they will be among the arraigned, 127 except for God's sincere servants; 128 And We kept his praise among the latter generations. 129 Peace be upon Elias. 130 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 131 he was among Our believing servants. 132 AND, BEHOLD, Lot was indeed one of Our message-bearers; 133 when We delivered him and his people all together, 134 except an old woman who was among those that stayed behind; 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by them in the morning 137 and at night.
