Indeed We have sent down the Qur’an upon you, in stages. 23 Wherefore persevere thou with the commandment of thy Lord, and obey not thou of them, any sinner or ingrate. 24 and glorify your Lord morning and evening; 25 and part of the night; bow down before Him and magnify Him through the long night. 26 Those people [who are unmindful of God] aspire for immediate gains, and put behind them a Heavy Day. 27 We created them and made firm their make, and when We please We will bring in their place the likes of them by a change. 28 Lo! this is an Admonishment, that whosoever will may choose a way unto his Lord. 29 Yet you will not unless Allah wills; surely, Allah is the Knower, the Wise. 30 He admits whom He wills into His mercy; but the wrongdoers - He has prepared for them a painful punishment. 31
