Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ HAVE WE NOT opened up your breast 1 And removed from thee thy burden 2 that had weighed so heavily on thy back? 3 And did We not exalt your fame? 4 So verily, with the hardship, there is relief, 5 With difficulty is surely ease. 6 So when thou art relieved, still toil 7 and to your Lord turn [all] your attention. 8
True are the words of God the Almighty.
