(And recount to them the story of Moses) when Moses said to his servant: "I will journey on until I reach the point where the two rivers meet, though I may march on for ages." 60 When they reached the junction of the two seas they found out that they had forgotten all about the fish (which they had carried for food). The fish found its way into the sea. 61 When they had passed over, he said to his page, 'Bring us our breakfast; indeed, we have encountered weariness from this our journey.' 62 He said: "You see, I forgot the fish on the rock where we had stopped. Only Satan made me forget to mention this; but the wonder is the fish escaped to the sea." 63 Moses said: "That was what we were seeking after:" So they went back on their footsteps, following (the path they had come). 64 So they found one of Our servants, on whom We had bestowed Mercy from Ourselves and whom We had taught knowledge from Our own Presence. 65 Moses said unto him: "May I follow thee on the understanding that thou wilt impart to me something of that consciousness of what is right which has been imparted to thee?" 66 He said, "Indeed, with me you will never be able to have patience. 67 'For how can you bear patiently with that which you have never encompassed in your knowledge' 68 [Moses] said, "You will find me, if Allah wills, patient, and I will not disobey you in [any] order." 69 He said: If you would follow me, then do not question me about any thing until I myself speak to you about it 70
