And recount to them the story of Abraham: 69 Behold, he said to his father and his people: "What worship ye?" 70 They said: "We worship idols, and we remain constantly in attendance on them." 71 He asked them, "Can the idols hear you when you pray to them 72 Or do they benefit you, or do they harm?" 73 They said: "Nay, but we found our fathers doing thus (what we do)." 74 He said: "Do ye then see whom ye have been worshipping,- 75 and what your grandfathers worshipped 76 "For they are enemies to me; not so the Lord and Cherisher of the Worlds; 77 who created me; and He guides me, 78 And Who feedeth me and watereth me. 79 who, when I am sick, heals me; 80 And He Who shall cause me to die, and then shall quicken me. 81 and whom I am eager shall forgive me my sins on the Day of Recompense' 82 My Lord, give me Judgment, and join me with the righteous, 83 And uphold my name with posterity, 84 and make me one of the inheritors of the Garden of Bliss; 85 and forgive my father; for he is one of the misguided; 86 “And do not disgrace me on the day when everyone will be raised.” 87 the Day when nothing will avail, neither wealth nor offspring, 88 But to him who comes to God with a tranquil heart." 89 And the Garden shall be brought nigh to the God-fearing. 90 And hell will be revealed for the astray. 91 They will be asked: "Where are those you worshipped 92 instead of God? Can these [things and beings] be of any help to you or to themselves?" 93 "Then they will be thrown headlong into the (Fire),- they and those straying in Evil, 94 and the hosts of Iblis, all together. 95 They shall say while they contend therein: 96 By Allah! we were certainly in manifest error, 97 When we made you equal with the Lord of the Worlds. 98 No one but the sinners led us astray. 99 So we have no intercessors, 100 Nor any loving friend. 101 Were there for us a return, we would be of the believers. 102 In all this, behold, there is a message [unto men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 103 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 104

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
