▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 2 of 3
Whatsoever is on it (the earth) will perish. 26 But abiding is the glory of your Lord, full of majesty and beneficence. 27 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 28 All that are in the heavens and the earth entreat Him. Every day He exerciseth (universal) power. 29 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 30 We shall dispose of you, O ye two dependents (man and jinn). 31 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 32 O you who live in close communion with [evil] invisible beings and humans! If you [think that you] can pass beyond the regions of the heavens and the earth, pass beyond them! [But] you cannot pass beyond them, save by a sanction [from God]! 33 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 34 There will be sent, against you both, heat of fire and flash of brass, and ye will not escape. 35 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 36 When the sky is rent asunder, and it becomes red like ointment: 37 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 38 So on that Day no question will be asked of man or jinn as to his sin, (because they have already been known from their faces either white or black). 39 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 40 The guilty ones will be recognized by their faces and will be seized by their forelocks and feet. 41 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 42 This is Hell the sinners called a lie. 43 They will go round between its flames and boiling water. 44 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 45
