Al-Takweer
The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
When the sun is overthrown, 1 when the stars shall be thrown down, 2 And when the mountains are made to pass away, 3 the young barren camels are abandoned, 4 And when the wild animals are made to go forth, 5 And when the seas rise, 6 And when the souls he paired, 7 And when the girl [who was] buried alive is asked 8 for what sin she was slain, 9 And when the pages are made public 10 When the world on High is unveiled; 11 And when Hellfire is set ablaze 12 when Paradise is brought close: 13 [on that Day] every human being will come to know what he has prepared [for himself]. 14 I do not need to swear by the orbiting 15 Moving swiftly and hiding themselves, 16 And the close of night, 17 and the morn as it breathes. 18 Verily this is the word of a most honourable Messenger, 19 Owner of strength, of established dignity with the Lord of the Throne. 20 Obeyed (by the angels), trustworthy there (in the heavens). 21 Your companion (Muhammad) does not suffer from any mental illness 22 And indeed he (Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) saw him [Jibrael (Gabriel)] in the clear horizon (towards the east). 23 nor does he grudge (conveying this knowledge about) the Unseen; 24 And the Qur'an is not the word of a devil, expelled [from the heavens]. 25 Where to are you then heading? 26 It is nothing but Good Counsel for everyone in the world, 27 (With profit) to whoever among you wills to go straight: 28 And you will not, unless (it be) that Allah wills, the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 29

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
