Q (Qaaf)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
Qaf: By the Glorious Qur'an (Thou art Allah's Messenger). 1 Nay, they wonder that there has come to them a warner (Muhammad SAW) from among themselves. So the disbelievers say: "This is a strange thing! 2 Shall we be brought back when we are dead and have become dust? That is a return remote! 3 We know what the earth diminishes of them; with Us is a book recording. 4 Nay, but they have denied the truth (this Quran) when it has come to them, so they are in a confused state (can not differentiate between right and wrong). 5 Have they not looked at the sky above them, how We have fashioned and adorned it, and it has no flaw? 6 We spread out the earth and set upon it solid mountains and We brought forth from it all kinds of delightful plants, 7 A vision and a reminder for every penitent slave. 8 And We send down water as a blessing from the sky, and grow gardens with it and the grain for harvest, 9 And tall date-palms laden with clusters ranged. 10 As a provision for men, and enlivened a region that was dead. Even thus will be the life after death. 11 The people of Noah denied before them, and the companions of the well and Thamud 12 And 'Ad, and Fir'aun (Pharaoh), and the brethren of Lout (Lot), 13 And the dwellers of the grove and the people of Tuba; all rejected the apostles, so My threat came to pass. 14 Did We fail in the first creation? But they are in confusion over a new creation. 15
