In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the (winds) sent forth in quick succession, 1 storming tempestuously 2 and the rain-spreading winds, 3 And those [angels] who bring criterion 4 And by the angels that bring the revelations to the Messengers, 5 To excuse or to warn, 6 that which you have been promised shall be fulfilled. 7 So when the stars are extinguished, 8 Heavens will rent asunder. 9 And when the mountains are carried away by wind. 10 and when the Messengers' time is set 11 to what day shall they be deferred? 12 The Day of Judgement. 13 Would that you knew what the Day of Decision is! 14 Woe on that Day unto those who give the lie to the truth! 15 Did We not destroy the men of old (for their evil)? 16 So shall We make the later ones to follow them. 17 That is what We shall do to those who are guilty of crime. 18 Woe on that day to the rejecters. 19 Did We not create you of a mean fluid, 20 Which We laid up in a safe abode 21 For a known extent. 22 So We did measure, and We are the Best to measure (the things). 23 Woe on that Day to those who belied it! 24 Did We not make the earth as a gathering place 25 for the living and for the dead? 26 Set We not therein soaring mountains? Sated you with sweetest water? 27 Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 28 Depart to that which you belied! 29 "Depart you to a shadow (of Hell-fire smoke ascending) in three columns, 30 Neither having the coolness of the shade nor availing against the flame. 31 Surely it sends up sparks like palaces, 32 As if they were Jimalatun Sufr (yellow camels or bundles of ropes)." 33 Woe on that Day to those who belied it! 34 On that day they will not be able to speak, 35 nor shall they be permitted to offer excuses. 36 Woe on that Day unto those who give the lie to the truth 37 This is the Day of Decision, We have brought you and the men of old together. 38 If you are cunning, then try your cunning against Me! 39 On that day, woe would be upon those who have rejected God's revelations! 40

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
