The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
By the bright forenoon, 1 and by the night when it covers, 2 your Lord has not forsaken you (Prophet Muhammad), nor does He hate you. 3 And indeed the Hereafter is better for you than the present (life of this world). 4 Your Lord will give you, and you will be satisfied. 5 Did He not find you an orphan and give you shelter? 6 And He found thee wandering, so He guided thee, 7 And He found thee in need, and made thee independent. 8 So as for the orphan, do not oppress [him]. 9 And do not drive the beggar away, 10 But tell of the favors of your Lord! 11
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
End of Surah: The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa). Sent down in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
