۞ We sent a revelation to Moses telling him to leave with our servants during the night; they would be pursued (by the Pharaoh). 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities gatherers 53 They announced “These people are a small group.” 54 And lo! they are offenders against us. 55 And indeed, we are a cautious society... " 56 So We expelled them from gardens, springs, 57 treasures, and graceful dwellings. 58 even so, and We bequeathed them upon the Children of Israel. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two bodies saw each other, the people of Moses said: "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 He said: Nay, verily! for lo! my Lord is with me. He will guide me. 62 Then We revealed to Musa: Strike the sea with your staff. So it had cloven asunder, and each part was like a huge mound. 63 We also brought the other party close to the same spot, 64 and We delivered Moses and those with him all together; 65 and then We caused the others to drown. 66 Verily herein is a sign; but most of them are not believers. 67 Verily your Lord is Immensely Mighty, Ever Compassionate. 68
