Al-Zalzalah

The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

When the earth is shaken with her (violent) shaking, 1 and earth brings forth her burdens, 2 And man will say: "What is the matter with it?" 3 On that day the earth will declare all (the activities of the human being) which have taken place on it, 4 For your Lord will have commanded it. 5 On that day men shall come forth in sundry bodies that they may be shown their works. 6 So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, 7 And he who has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
