The life of this world is only a sport and play. It is surely the home of the Hereafter that will indeed be life extended and new, if only they knew! 64 And so, when they embark on a ship [and find themselves in danger,] they call unto God, [at that moment] sincere in their faith in Him alone; but as soon as He has brought them safe ashore, they [begin to] ascribe to imaginary powers a share in His divinity: 65 And thus they may show utter ingratitude for Our favours; let them enjoy themselves for a time. But they will soon come to know. 66 Are they, then, not aware that We have set up a sanctuary secure [for those who believe in Us,] the while all around them men are being carried away [by fear and despair]? Will they, then, [continue to] believe in things false and vain, and thus deny God's blessings. 67 And who is a greater wrong-doer than he who fabricateth a lie against Allah or belieth the truth when it cometh unto him. Will there not be in the Hell an abiding-place for the infidels? 68 We shall certainly guide those who strive for Our cause to Our path. God is certainly with the righteous ones. 69
