Therefore remind! by thy Lord's blessing thou art not a soothsayer neither possessed. 29 Or they allege, “He is a poet we await a calamity of the times to befall him.” 30 Say: 'Wait if you will; I shall be waiting with you' 31 Is it that their faculties of understanding urge them to this, or are they but a people transgressing beyond bounds? 32 What! They say, “He has invented the Qur'an”? Rather they do not have faith. 33 Then let them bring a discourse like it, if they speak truly. 34 Have they not been created by aught, or are they the creators? 35 Or have they created the heavens and the earth? In fact they are certain of nothing. 36 Or do they have the treasures of your Lord, or are they the authority? 37 Or have they any stairway (unto heaven) by means of which they overhear (decrees). Then let their listener produce some warrant manifest! 38 Or, [if you believe in God, how can you believe that] He has [chosen to have] daughters, whereas you yourselves would have [only] sons? 39 Or is it that thou dost ask for a reward, so that they are burdened with a load of debt?- 40 Or that the Ghaib (unseen) is with them, and they write it down? 41 Or do they intend a plan? But those who disbelieve - they are the object of a plan. 42 Or have they a god, other than God? Glory be to God, above that which they associate! 43 And if they were to see a piece of the heaven falling down, they would say: "Clouds gathered in heaps!" 44 Then leave them, till they encounter their day wherein they shall be thunderstruck, 45 Their deception will not avail them in the least on that day, nor will they be helped. 46 And verily, for those who do wrong, there is a punishment beyond that. But most of them know not. 47 So wait patiently (O Muhammad SAW) for the Decision of your Lord, for verily, you are under Our Eyes, and glorify the Praises of your Lord when you get up from sleep. 48 And in a part of the night exalt Him and after [the setting of] the stars. 49
Almighty Allah's Truth.
