Lo! those who ward off (evil) are among gardens and watersprings. 45 (Their greeting will be): "Enter ye here in peace and security." 46 And We remove whatever rancour may be in their breasts. As brethren, face to face, (they rest) on couches raised. 47 They will not be affected by any weariness there, and they will never be made to leave." 48 ۞ Announce, (O Muhammad) unto My slaves that verily I am the Forgiving, the Merciful, 49 and [also,] that the suffering which I shall impose [on sinners] will indeed be a suffering most grievous. 50 And inform them about the guests of Abraham, 51 When they came to him and said: "Peace," he answered: "Truly we are afraid of you." 52 They (the angels) said: "Do not be afraid! We give you glad tidings of a boy (son) possessing much knowledge and wisdom." 53 Said he: "Do you give me this glad tiding despite the fact that old age has overtaken me? Of what [strange thing,] then, are you giving me a tiding!" 54 They said: We give you good news with truth, therefore be not of the despairing. 55 He said, “Who is it that despairs from the mercy of his Lord, except those who are astray?” 56 And asked them: "What matter, O angels, brings you here?" 57 They said, “We have been sent towards a guilty nation.” 58 (All) save the family of Lot. Them we shall deliver every one, 59 "Other than his wife who, it is decreed, will remain with those who will stay behind." 60
