In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Nigh unto men has drawn their reckoning, while they in heedlessness are yet turning away; 1 There comes not to them a new reminder from their Lord but they hear it while they sport, 2 and their hearts are preoccupied with trivial matters. The unjust ones whisper to each other and say, "Is he (Muhammad) more than a mere mortal like you? How can you follow that which you know is only a magic?" 3 He (Muhammad SAW) said: "My Lord knows (every) word (spoken) in the heavens and on earth. And He is the All-Hearer, the All-Knower." 4 Rather they said, “These are confused dreams, but in fact he has fabricated it – but in fact he is a poet; so he must bring us some sign, like those who were sent before.” 5 Not one township that We destroyed before them believed. Would they, then, believe? 6 And We sent not before thee but men unto whom We revealed; so ask the people of the admonition if ye know not. 7 and neither did We endow them with bodies that could dispense with food nor were they immortal. 8 Then We fulfilled for them the promise, and We saved them and whom We willed and destroyed the transgressors. 9 We have bestowed upon you a Book that mentions you. Do you not understand? 10

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
