The righteous (will be) amid gardens and fountains (of clear-flowing water). 45 (Their greeting will be): "Enter ye here in peace and security." 46 We shall remove all hatred from their breasts and make them as brothers reclining on thrones facing one another. 47 They shall face no fatigue in it, nor shall they ever be driven out of it. 48 ۞ Tell My servants that I am indeed the Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful; 49 But My punishment is surely a painful one. 50 And tell them of the guests of Abraham, 51 [how,] when they presented themselves before him and bade him peace, he answered: "Behold, we are afraid of you!" 52 'Do not be afraid' they answered. 'We come to give you glad tidings of a knowledgeable child' 53 He said: "Do ye give me glad tidings that old age has seized me? Of what, then, is your good news?" 54 They said: we bear tidings of a truth; be then thou not of the desponding. 55 He said, 'And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord, excepting those that are astray?' 56 [Ibrahim (Abraham) again] said: "What then is the business on which you have come, O Messengers?" 57 They answered: "We are sent to people lost in sin [who are to be destroyed,] 58 "Except the family of Lot whom we shall save 59 "Except his wife, of whom We have decreed that she shall be of those who remain behind (i.e. she will be destroyed)." 60
