And the heaven, We raised it high with power, and most surely We are the makers of things ample. 47 And the earth We have spread out, and excellent is the preparer. 48 And of everything We have created pairs; perhaps you will take heed. 49 Therefor flee unto Allah; lo! I am a plain warner unto you from him. 50 And do not set up with Allah another god: surely I am a plain warner to you from Him. 51 Even so not a Messenger came to those before them but they said, 'A sorcerer, or a man possessed!' 52 Have they arrived at a common understanding concerning this? No; but they are a people given to transgression. 53 So leave them, [O Muhammad], for you are not to be blamed. 54 But remind, the Reminder will benefit the believers. 55 And I have not created the jinn and mankind but that they should worship Me. 56 I do not ask any sustenance from them, nor wish that they give Me food. 57 Surely, Allah is the Provider, the Possessor of Power, the Mighty. 58 For the Wrong-doers, their portion is like unto the portion of their fellows (of earlier generations): then let them not ask Me to hasten (that portion)! 59 For, woe unto those who are bent on denying the truth - [woe] on the Day which they have been promised 60
