▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
But for him who feareth the standing before his Lord there are two gardens. 46 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 47 full of various trees. 48 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 49 Therein are two running fountains. 50 Which of the favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? 51 therein of every fruit two kinds -- 52 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 53 (They shall) recline on couches lined with brocade, and the fruits of the Gardens will be near at hand. 54 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 55 There will be bashful maidens untouched by mankind or jinn before. 56 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 57 [There will be] maidens as fair as corals and rubies. 58 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 59 Is the reward of goodness aught save goodness? 60 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 61 And beside these there shall be two Gardens. 62 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 63 Both [gardens] of the darkest green. 64 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 65 In them (both) will be two springs gushing forth water. 66 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 67 In both of them are fruit and palm trees and pomegranates. 68 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 69 In them will be fair (Companions), good, beautiful;- 70 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 71 Fair ones, confined in tents. 72 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? - 73 Undeflowered by man or by jinn before them, -- 74 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 75 Reclining on green Cushions and rich Carpets of beauty. 76 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 77 Blest be the name of thine Lord, Owner Of Majesty and Beneficence! 78

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
