And those who disbelieve say: when we have become dust, we and our fathers, shall we, for sooth, be brought forth? 67 We were promised this before, and so were our fathers. It is but the fictitious story of the ancients' 68 “Proclaim, (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “Travel in the land and see what sort of fate befell the guilty.” 69 And grieve not over them or be in distress from what they conspire. 70 They ask, "When the Day of Judgment will come, if it is true at all?" 71 Say, “It could be that a part of what you are impatient for is (already) after you.” 72 And surely your Lord is the Lord of grace to men, but most of them are not grateful. 73 But, verily, thy Sustainer knows all that their hearts conceal as well as all that they bring into the open: 74 And there is nothing concealed within the heaven and the earth except that it is in a clear Register. 75 Surely, this Koran relates to the Children of Israel most of that which they are at variance. 76 And lo! it is a guidance and a mercy for believers. 77 And verily thine Lord shall decide between them with His judgment, and He is the Mighty, the Knowing. 78 Therefor (O Muhammad) put thy trust in Allah, for thou (standest) on the plain Truth. 79 You cannot make the dead listen and the deaf are unable to hear calls. Thus, they turn back on their heels. 80 Nor canst thou lead the blind out of their error. Thou canst make none hear save these who believe in Our signs and who have submitted themselves. 81 ۞ And when the word befalls them, We will bring forth for them a creature from the earth speaking to them, [saying] that the people were, of Our verses, not certain [in faith]. 82
