Say, [O Muhammad], "I am only a warner, and there is not any deity except Allah, the One, the Prevailing. 65 Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, the Mighty, the Pardoning. 66 Say, "This is momentous news, 67 Ye are therefrom averting. 68 "No knowledge have I of the Chiefs on high, when they discuss (matters) among themselves. 69 "Only this has been inspired to me, that I am a plain warner." 70 (Remember) When your Lord said to the angels, “I will create a human from clay.” – 71 “So when I have perfected him and breathed into him a spirit from Myself, (you all) fall down before him in prostration.” 72 So all the angels prostrated themselves 73 save Iblis; he waxed proud, and was one of the unbelievers. 74 Said He, 'Iblis, what prevented thee to bow thyself before that I created with My own hands? Hast thou waxed proud, or art thou of the lofty ones?' 75 Said Iblis, “I am better than him; You made me from fire, and You have created him from clay!” 76 [Allah] said, "Then get out of Paradise, for indeed, you are expelled. 77 And indeed, upon you is My curse until the Day of Recompense." 78 But Satan said, "My Lord, grant me respite until the Day of Resurrection," 79 He said: Surely you are of the respited ones, 80 Till the period of the time made known. 81 [Iblees] said, "By your might, I will surely mislead them all 82 Except, among them, Your chosen servants." 83 Said Allah, “So this is the truth; and I speak only the truth.” – 84 "That I will certainly fill Hell with thee and those that follow thee,- every one." 85 (O Prophet), tell them: “I do not ask you for any recompense for the performance of this task; nor am I given to affectation. 86 It is naught but an admonition unto the worlds. 87 "And you shall certainly know the truth of it after a while. 88
