We have set in heaven constellations and decked them out fair to the beholders, 16 And We have preserved it from every accursed devil, 17 Except the ones who listen on the sly, yet they are chased away by a shooting flame. 18 And the earth -- We stretched it forth, and cast on it firm mountains, and We caused to grow therein of every thing justly weighed, 19 And We have made in it means of subsistence for you and for him for whom you are not the suppliers. 20 And there is not a thing but that with Us are its depositories, and We do not send it down except according to a known measure. 21 And We send the fecundating winds, then cause the rain to descend from the sky, therewith providing you with water (in abundance), though ye are not the guardians of its stores. 22 And certainly We! We it is Who give life, and cause death, and We are the Inheritors. 23 To Us are known those of you who hasten forward, and those who lag behind. 24 It is your Lord who will gather them. He is all wise and all knowing. 25

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
